Picante Brunch Quiche
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 35 min. - Stand Time: 10 min.

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 green onions, sliced
  9" frozen pie crust
1/2 cup Pace(R) Picante Sauce
3 eggs
1/2 cup half-and-half OR milk

Directions:
  PREHEAT oven to 375°F.
  ARRANGE cheese, bacon and onions in pie crust. Mix picante sauce, eggs
and half-and-half. Pour over cheese mixture.
  BAKE 35 min. or until crust is golden and knife inserted in center
comes out clean. Let stand 10 min. Serves 6.

Kitchen Clip:
This savory quiche makes a delicious dinner centerpiece when accompanied
with warm dinner rolls, a tossed green salad with vinaigrette and
steamed or roasted asparagus spears. Serve a Pepperidge Farm(R) cake for
dessert.
