Just one whiff of the aroma of tonight's tempting dish will have the
family to the table in seconds flat. Count on Campbell's(R) for super
summer supper ideas.

Tomato-Basil Zucchini
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Healthy Request(R) Tomato Soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 medium zucchini, sliced
1 small green pepper, cut into 2" strips
1 large onion, sliced
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
  MIX soup, lemon juice, basil, garlic, zucchini, pepper and onion in
skillet. Heat to a boil.
  COVER and cook over low heat 15 min. or until vegetables are
tender-crisp. Stir in cheese. Serves 8.

Kitchen Clip:
This cheesy vegetable dish makes a great meatless meal, accompanied with
a green salad and a loaf of sliced Italian bread. Or, serve it alongside
a simple grilled meat, like pork chops or hamburger steaks. Serve fresh
berries over vanilla ice cream for dessert.
