Grandma's Sunday dinner has nothing on this delicious turkey dish.
Satisfying, family-pleasing and easy on the cook describe this one-dish

Turkey Scaloppine
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. turkey breast cutlets OR slices
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder OR 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 jar (12 oz.) Franco-American(R) Slow Roast Turkey Gravy
2 tbsp. low-fat sour cream
4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet. Add turkey and cook until lightly browned. Remove
turkey.
ADD onion, garlic, rosemary and pepper and cook until tender.
ADD gravy and sour cream. Heat to a boil. Return turkey to skillet.
Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with pasta and
sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
Simmer noodles in hot chicken broth for extra flavor, or if you prefer,
serve this creamy dish with mashed potatoes cooked in chicken broth. For
minced garlic, lay garlic clove on cutting board and hit with the flat
side of chef's knife for easy peeling.
