Creamy, colorful and so satisfying, this one-pan dish will become a
family favorite. Count on Campbell's(R) soups to make dinner time easy
and delicious.
Chicken Tetrazzini with a Twist
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 25 min.
3 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
1 medium zucchini, shredded
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 can Campbell's(R) Healthy Request(R) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 cans (4.5 oz. each ) Swanson(R) Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, drained
Directions:
COOK pasta according to pkg. directions, omitting salt. Add zucchini
and carrot for last 1 min. of cooking time. Drain in colander.
HEAT oil in same saucepot. Add onion and cook until tender. Add soup,
milk, sour cream, cheese, chicken and pasta mixture. Heat through. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
While pasta is cooking, chop vegetables and arrange all other
ingredients by the stove for easy addition. Add grapes to a green salad
and toss with your favorite vinaigrette; slice a loaf of Italian bread.
