Cheesy, tangy and delicious all describe dinner tonight! A pantry full
of Campbell's(R) soups means dinner is never far away.

Cheddar Potato Bake
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 30 min.

3 cups stiff seasoned mashed potatoes *
1 can Campbell's(R) Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/3 cup sour cream OR plain yogurt
  Generous dash pepper
1 green onion, chopped

Directions:
  MIX potatoes, soup, sour cream, pepper and onion. Place in 1 1/2-qt.
casserole.
  BAKE at 350°F. for 30 min. or until hot. Serves 8.
*Use instant mashed potatoes or cook 2 lb. potatoes (peeled and cut into
1" pieces) in water to cover. Add salt if desired. Heat to a boil. Cover
and cook over low heat 10 min. or until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes
with 3/4 cup milk and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine. (Season to taste with
salt and pepper.)

Kitchen Clip:
For a meatless meal, serve Cheddar-Potato Bake with a green salad tossed
with vinaigrette and warm dinner rolls; pick up a special dessert at the
bakery. Or serve alongside broiled hamburger patties or with smoked sausage.
