extra-delicious supper. Keep Campbell's(R) soups on hand for satisfying
quick suppers every day of the week!
Skillet Mac 'n' Beef
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Campbell's(R) Cream of Celery OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups cooked corkscrew pasta
Directions:
COOK beef and onion in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD soup, ketchup, Worcestershire and pasta. Heat through. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
You can make this skillet supper with any small pasta shape--macaroni,
shells, penne or rigatoni. Serve with deli cole slaw and crescent rolls.
