Dinner is ready in just 20 minutes and with a delectable taste of today
when Campbell's(R) Broccoli Cheese Soup pairs with Pace Salsa in a
simple South of the Border Chicken skillet!

South of the Border Chicken
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time 20 min.

1 tbsp. butter OR margarine
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can Campbell's(R) Broccoli Cheese OR 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup
1/3 cup milk
4 cups hot cooked rice
  Pace(R) Chunky Salsa
  Sour cream
1 small avocado, sliced (optional)

Directions:
  HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  ADD soup and milk and heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5
min. or until done. Serve with rice. Top with salsa, sour cream and
avocado. Serves 4.
