This hearty one-dish bake evokes the warmth of hearth and home and the
flavors of Fall--just right for a late October day!

Pork & Corn Stuffing Bake
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time 10 min. Cook Time 30 min.

1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm(R) Cornbread Stuffing
1 can Campbell's(R) Cream of Celery OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup whole kernel corn
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. spicy brown mustard

Directions:
  MIX stuffing, soup, corn, onion and celery. Spoon into greased 9" pie
plate. Top with chops.
  MIX sugar and mustard and spoon over chops.
  BAKE at 400 degrees F. for 30 min. or until done. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
Hardening is always a challenge in the storing of brown sugar. To keep
it soft and moist, refrigerate brown sugar in an airtight container. If
your brown sugar has hardened, soften it in the microwave by placing 1
cup in a covered dish and heating on High for 30-60 seconds, watching
carefully.
