Super Easy Chicken & Pasta
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time 20 min.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut up
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken OR 98% Fat Free Cream
of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup water
1 bag (about 16 oz.) frozen vegetable pasta blend
Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, water and vegetable pasta blend. Heat to a boil. Cover and
cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serves 4.

Look for chicken breasts that lightly-colored and plump in shape with
firm-looking meat. You can store fresh chicken in the coldest part of
the refrigerator (40 degrees F.) in its original packaging for up to two
days. Keep food safety in mind when preparing and wait until just before
cooking to cut the chicken for this recipe. Remember to thoroughly wash
hands, utensils and surfaces before and after cutting chicken.
