Kitchen Clip:

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are the chicken parts purchased most
often by Americans, according to the National Broiler Council. Remember
to always cook chicken well, to an internal temperature of 160 degrees
F. for boneless chicken. If you do not have a meat thermometer, you can
visually check for doneness toward the end of cooking by piercing the
chicken with a fork. The fork should insert easily and the juices should
run clear--not pink.
