Cheddar Soft Tacos, so easy to make with Campbell's(R) Cheddar Cheese
Soup and Pace Salsa.

Beef & Cheddar Soft Tacos
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time 15 min.

1 lb. ground beef
1 can Campbell's(R) Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cup Pace(R) Chunky Salsa
8 flour tortillas (8'')
2 cups shredded lettuce

Directions:
  COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
  ADD soup and salsa and heat through.
  SPOON about 1/3 cup meat mixture down center of each tortilla. Top
with lettuce. Fold tortilla around filling. Serve with additional salsa.
Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
Shred lettuce easily by cutting a quarter-section wedge from the lettuce
head. Hold the wedge firmly against a cutting surface and, with a
long-bladed knife, cut the wedge into 1/4-inch wide shreds. This will
yield about 3 cups shredded lettuce.
