Brown sugar provides the sweetness, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce
pour on the tang, and Campbell's(R) Tomato Soup brings them together in
a delicious sauce for pork chops.

Skillet Sweet & Tangy Pork Chops
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time 20 min.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Tomato Soup
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:
  HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
  ADD soup, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire. Heat to a boil. Cover and
cook over low heat 10 min. or until done. Serve with rice. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
Serve these sumptuous chops with sides of steamed broccoli and rice,
with some of the sauce drizzled over the rice.
