Campbell's(R) Golden Mushroom Soup and Condensed Beef Broth pair for an
easy skillet meal that's simple to make and simply delicious to serve!

Country Skillet Supper
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time 25 min.

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic powder OR 1 clove garlic, minced
1 can Campbell's(R) Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can Campbell's(R) Condensed Beef Broth
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 small zucchini, sliced
1 1/2 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta

Directions:
  COOK beef, onion and garlic in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
  ADD soup, broth, thyme, tomatoes and zucchini. Heat to a boil. Stir in
pasta. Cook over low heat 15 min. or until done. Serves 4.

flavor to a variety of foods, from meats and poultry to soups, stews and
sauces. For best results, crush the thyme between your fingers. Crushing
intensifies the flavor of herbs.
