Prep Time 10 min.
Marinating Time 2 hr.
Cook Time 25 min.
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Tomato Soup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, 1" thick
MIX soup, water, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire. Reserve 3/4
cup for sauce and refrigerate.
POUR remaining soup mixture into large shallow nonmetallic dish. Add
steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hr., turning steak
occasionally.
REMOVE steak from marinade and discard marinade. Grill or broil to
desired doneness (25 min. for medium), turning once. Thinly slice steak.
HEAT sauce and serve with steak. Serves 6.

Grilled vegetables make a great side dish. Wrap fresh or frozen cut
vegetables in heavy-duty foil. Seal foil tightly and grill over medium
coals until the vegetables are tender (about 25 to 30 minutes). Be
careful when opening foil to avoid being burned by the steam.
