Prep/Cook Time 20 min.
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
l tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can Campbell's(R) Broccoli Cheese or 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup
1/3 cup water
3 pita breads (6"), cut in half, forming 2 pockets
2 green onions, sliced
Alfalfa sprouts
SHAPE turkey into 6 patties, 1/2" thick.
HEAT oil in large skillet. Add patties and cook until browned. Pour
off fat.
ADD soup and water. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5
min. or until done.
PLACE patties in pita halves. Top with onions and sprouts. Serves 6.
