Prep/Cook Time 20 min.

1 tbsp. butter or margarine
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken or 98% Fat Free Cream
of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
Chopped toasted pecans or walnuts
4 cups hot cooked rice

  HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  ADD soup, mayonnaise, honey and mustard. Heat to a boil. Cover and
cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve
with rice. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
You can store honey in a dry place at room temperature in an airtight
container for up to one year. If your honey has crystallized in storage,
re-liquify it by setting the container in a pan of very hot water and
stirring until it is smooth. Or you can microwave the honey in its jar,
without the metal lid, on HIGH for up to 1 min. depending on the amount
of honey.
