A kids' meal favorite--mac & beef--gets great new flavor and cooking
ease from two Campbell's(R) Soups and a jolt of Southwest spice from
Pace Salsa. The result is a new family meal favorite for today.

Spicy Salsa Mac & Beef
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 lb. ground beef
1 can Campbell's(R) Condensed Beef Broth
1 1/3 cups water
2 cups uncooked medium shell pasta OR elbow pasta
1 can Campbell's(R) Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 cup Pace(R) Chunky Salsa

Directions:
COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD broth and water. Heat to a boil. Stir in pasta. Cook over medium
heat 10 min. or until done, stirring often.
STIR in soup and salsa and heat through. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
The pasta choices for this recipe--shell or elbow pasta--work well for a
saucy beef dish such as this, as the shape of each holds the sauce,
meat, salsa and soups for maximum flavor. Plus, they're easy for kids to
eat and kids love them!
