Fiesta Chili Beef Potato Topper
from Campbell's(R) Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

1 lb. ground beef
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 can Campbell's(R) Fiesta Chili Beef Soup
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, cut up
4 hot baked potatoes, split
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
COOK beef, pepper and onion in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.

ADD soup and tomatoes. Heat through.

SERVE over potatoes. Top with cheese. Serves 4.

TIP: To bake potatoes, pierce potatoes with fork. Bake at 400 degrees F.
for 1 hr. or microwave on HIGH 10 1/2 to 12 1/2 min. or until fork-tender.

rich, glossy color and firm, thick-feeling skin. Fresh peppers may be
refrigerated in a plastic bag for up to seven days.
