Campbell's Chicken Dijon With Noodles

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

2 tbsp. butter or margarine
4 Tyson Fresh Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup apple juice or milk
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
4 cups hot cooked noodles

HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
ADD onion and cook until tender.
ADD soup, apple juice, mustard and parsley. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with noodles. Serves 4.
