Campbell's Chicken Dijon With Noodles

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

2 tbsp. butter or margarine
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of
Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup apple juice or milk
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
4 cups hot cooked noodles

HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove
chicken.
ADD onion and cook until tender.
ADD soup, apple juice, mustard and parsley. Heat to a boil. Return
chicken to pan. Cover and cook over low heat
5 min. or until done. Serve with noodles. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:

To quickly and easily chop parsley, remove the stems and wash and dry
the sprigs (patting dry between paper
towels). Place the sprigs in a large cup and snip inside the cup with a
pair of kitchen scissors.
