Beef teriyaki is better than ever when Campbell's does the cooking, as
this easy version made with Golden
Mushroom Soup proves.
Campbell's Easy Beef Teriyaki

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4" thick
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 bag (about 16 oz.) frozen Oriental stir-fry vegetables
4 cups hot cooked rice
SLICE beef into very thin strips.
HEAT oil in skillet. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices
evaporate.
ADD soup, soy and sugar. Heat to a boil. Add vegetables. Cover and cook
over medium heat 5 min. or until
tender-crisp. Serve over rice. Serves 4.

If your brown sugar has hardened, soften it in the microwave by placing
1 cup sugar in a covered dish and
heating on High for 30-60 seconds, watching carefully.
