Kitchen Clip:
Dijon mustard originates in Dijon, France, while 'Dijon-style' mustards
emulate the ingredients and spicy,
pungent flavor of the French original but are made elsewhere. Dijon, or
any prepared mustard, should always be
refrigerated after opening.
