Pace Picante Sauce gives savory flavor to sirloin in this easy grilling
recipe--great for a weekend barbecue!

Pace Sirloin Steak Picante
Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

1 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin or top round steak, 1 1/2" thick
Pace Picante Sauce or Chunky Salsa

GRILL or broil steak to desired doneness (25 min. for medium), turning
once and brushing often with picante
sauce. Thinly slice steak and serve with additional picante sauce.
Serves 6.
