Campbell's French Onion Soup creates a deliciously glorious glaze for
pork chops--and in only 20
minutes!

Campbell's Glazed Pork Chops
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
6 pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 can Campbell's French Onion Soup
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar

MIX cornstarch and water.
HEAT butter in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
ADD soup and sugar. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min.
or until done.
REMOVE chops and keep warm. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until
mixture boils and
thickens. Serve over chops. Serves 6.

Shopping List:

1 can Campbell?s French Onion Soup
6 pork chops, 3/4? thick
Butter or margarine
Cornstarch
Brown sugar

Remember that pork doesn't need to cook too long because it is lean. For
tender, juicy pork,
cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F., when the outsides are
browned and there is a
slight blush of pink in the center.
