Worcestershire sauce
Prepared mustard

Kitchen Clip:

Welsh rarebit derives its name from the words 'rare' (for lightly
cooked) and 'bit' (small portion). Think of
the 'lightly cooked' part, however, only in terms of the cheese sauce
traditionally served over toast. In this,
or any ground beef recipe, always be sure to cook the beef thoroughly.
