Recipe of the Day:

Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup serves up a taste of the Orient in this
deliciously quick skillet dinner.

Campbell's Oriental Chicken Skillet
Prep/Cook Time: 25 minutes

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Chicken or 98% Fat Free Cream of
Chicken Soup
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 pkg. (about 10 oz.) frozen cut green beans
2 green onions, cut into 1" pieces
4 cups hot cooked rice

HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, water, soy, ginger, beans and onions. Heat to a boil. Cover
and cook over low heat 5 min. or until
done. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
