Recipe of the Day:

Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup teams with the taste of Dijon for
flavor-filled burgers ready in a flash!

Campbell's Mushroom Dijon Burgers
Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of
Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 croissants, split
6 slices red onion

SHAPE beef into 6 patties, 1/2" thick.
COOK patties in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD soup, water and mustard. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low
heat 5 min. or until done.
PLACE cheese on patties and cook until melted. Serve on croissants. Top
with onion. Serves 6.

Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef

Dijon-style mustard
