Campbell's Mushroom Broccoli Alfredo

Cook Time: 15 min.
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
3 cups broccoli flowerets
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of
Mushroom Soup
1/3 cup milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups hot cooked fettuccine or spaghetti
HEAT butter in skillet. Add broccoli, mushrooms, onion and garlic. Cook
until tender-crisp.
ADD soup, milk, pepper and cheese. Heat through. Serve over fettuccine.
Serves 4.
