This pork chop dish takes its sweetness from honey, its tang from
pineapple and its flavor from
Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup--and it took Grand Prize in our
20-Minute Recipe Challenge!
Campbell's Polynesian Pork Chops
Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
2 cups cooked Minute White Rice
Sliced green onions
SEASON chops with garlic.
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned. Add onion.
ADD soup, pineapple with juice, water, soy and honey. Heat to a boil.
Cook over low heat 10
min. or until done.
SERVE with rice and garnish with green onions. Serves 4.

1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup

Vegetable oil
Soy sauce
Honey
Medium onion

If your honey has crystallized, microwave it back to liquidity in its
jar (provided the jar is
microwave-safe and after removing the lid) on HIGH for 20 to 60 seconds
depending on the amount
of honey.
