with the flavors of Campbell's Cheddar
Cheese Soup and Pace Salsa, and ready in a fast 15 minutes!
Campbell's Beef & Cheddar Soft Tacos

Prep/Cook Time: 15 minutes
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cup Pace Chunky Salsa
8 flour tortillas (8")
2 cups shredded lettuce
COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD soup and salsa and heat through.
SPOON about 1/3 cup meat mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with
lettuce. Fold tortilla around filling.
Serve with additional salsa. Serves 4.

Shredded lettuce
Kitchen Clip:
If shredding your own lettuce, cut off a quarter section of the lettuce
head. Holding the section firmly against
a cutting surface and using a long-blade knife, cut the section into
shreds 1/4-inch wide. A quarter head will
yield about 3 cups of shredded lettuce.
