Chicken Tetrazzini becomes 'souper'--and one-dish easy--with the
delicious cooking convenience of Campbell's
Cream of Mushroom Soup. If you're planning to serve turkey for Easter
dinner, try this recipe for leftovers!
Campbell's Souper Chicken Tetrazzini

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of
Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 small zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups hot, cooked very thin spaghetti
MIX soup, milk, onion, cheese and sour cream. Add chicken, zucchini and
spaghetti. Toss to coat. Spoon into 1
1/2-qt. casserole.
BAKE at 375°F. for 30 min. or until hot. Serve with additional cheese,
if desired. Serves 4.
TIP: For 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken, cook 3/4 lb. chicken breasts
or thighs (cubed) in
VARIATION: Substitute 2 cans (5 oz. each) Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken
Breast (drained) for cooked chicken.
