It's perfect pork chops every time when Campbell's does the cooking.
This one-skillet pork chop dinner
made with Campbell's Chicken Broth proves it!
Campbell's Pork Chop Skillet Dinner
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
1 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
4 pork shoulder chops, 3/4" thick
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup uncooked regular long-grain rice
1 can Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth
1 cup orange juice
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
4 orange slices
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook 10 min. or until browned.
Remove chops.
ADD onion and rice and cook until rice is browned. Stir in broth,
orange juice, and 2 tbsp. parsley.
Heat to a boil. Return chops to pan. Cover and cook over low heat 20
min. or until done.
TOP with orange slices and sprinkle with remaining parsley. Serves 4.
Shopping List:
1 can Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth
4 pork shoulder chops, 3/4" thick
Orange juice
Regular long-grain rice
Olive or vegetable oil
Orange slices
Medium onion
Fresh parsley

Check the fruit bar section of your supermarket for orange slices. If
buying whole oranges, look for
oranges that are firm and heavy for their size. Slight greening or
brownish areas on the skin do not
affect quality or flavor. But avoid oranges with mold or spongy areas.
