Primavera poses no problem when the sauce starts with Campbell's Cream
of Mushroom Soup -- a quick and easy
summer supper.
Campbell's Lemon Herb Chicken Primavera
Prep/Cook Time: 25 minutes
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of
Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower,
carrots)
SPRINKLE chicken with garlic.
SPRAY skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add chicken
and cook until browned.
ADD soup, milk, lemon juice, basil and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Cover
and cook over low heat 10 min. or until
done. Serves 4.

chicken in its original packaging in the
coldest part of your refrigerator (40°F.) for up to 2 days. Freeze
uncooked chicken if you do not plan to use it
in 2 days.
