Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup wraps up a quick meal your family will
love.

Campbell's Southwestern Chicken & Veggie Wraps
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 medium red pepper, cut into 2" strips
1 medium green pepper, cut into 2" strips
1 small onion, sliced
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1 cup water
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained (optional)
1 cup uncooked Minute White Rice
8 flour tortillas (8")

HEAT 1 tbsp. oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned,
stirring often.
ADD remaining oil. Add peppers and onions and cook until tender-crisp.
ADD soup, water and beans. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and
remove from heat.
Let stand 5 min.
SPOON about 3/4 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold
tortilla around filling. Serves 4.

Vegetable oil
Canned black beans (optional)
Medium red pepper
Medium green pepper

Kitchen Clip:

It's peak season for bell peppers, so you'll be able to find them in
abundance at your market. To prepare peppers, cut
around the stalk and remove. Cut pepper in half from top to bottom and
remove remaining membrane and seeds. Flattening
pepper halves against cutting surface will make it easier to slice in
even strips.
