Recipe of the Day:
Fifteen minutes to fabulous pork chops -- it's easy when Campbell's does
the cooking!
Campbell's Glorified Pork Chops
Prep/Cook Time: 15 minutes
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 pork chops, 1/2"thick
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of
Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup water
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
ADD soup and water. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min.
or until done. Serves 4.
VARIATION: Cook 1 medium onion, sliced with chops.
VARIATION: Add 1 can (about 6 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained with soup.
