Campbell's Easy Chicken & Pasta

Prep/Cook Time: 25 minutes
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut up
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of
Mushroom Soup
2 1/4 cups water
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
2 cups frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
2 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
Grated Parmesan cheese
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.
Remove chicken.
ADD soup, water, basil and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Add uncooked
pasta. Cook 10 min. over
medium heat, stirring often.
ADD chicken. Cook 5 min. or until pasta is done, stirring often.
Sprinkle with cheese. Serves 4.
