Recipe of the Day:
Pork chops paired with Pepperidge Farm Stuffing cook up easily and
deliciously -- perfect every
time.
Pepperidge Farm Baked Pork Chops & Gravy
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. water
6 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing, crushed
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Franco-American Turkey Gravy
MIX egg and water. Coat chops with flour. Dip into egg mixture. Coat
with stuffing. Place chops
on baking sheet.
BAKE at 400°F. for 20 min. or until done.
HEAT gravy in saucepan. Serve with chops. Serves 6.

Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
6 boneless pork chops, 3/4? thick
Egg
All-purpose flour
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Franco-American Turkey Gravy
Kitchen Clip:
Fresh pork should be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 160
degrees F. Test doneness
with a meat thermometer, as cutting in to the chop will let tasty juices
escape.
