Shopping List:

1 can Campbell's Broccoli Cheese or 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup
Half-and-half or milk
Grated Parmesan cheese
Fettucine
3 plum tomatoes or canned plum tomatoes
Dried basil leaves

Kitchen Clip:

Fettuccine, which translates to "little Ribbons," are thin, flat egg
noodles approximately 1/4"
wide. Fettuccine made with semolina wheat works best for sauced dishes
such as this, as it
absorbs less water when cooked. Remember to always cook pasta "al
dente"--moist and tender yet
firm and slightly resistant to the bite.
