This Asian favorite is homemade-easy in a quick 25 minutes with
Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth.

Campbell?s Sweet & Sour Chicken

Prep/Cook Time: 25 minutes

3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 small green or red pepper, cut into 2" strips
4 cups hot cooked rice

MIX cornstarch and broth.
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned.
ADD broth mixture, pineapple, sugar, vinegar and pepper. Heat to a boil.
Cook until mixture boils and thickens,
stirring.
COVER and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve over rice.
Serves 4.

1 can Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
Rice
Cornstarch
Sugar
Vegetable oil
Vinegar
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice
Small green or red pepper
