Here's a quick and healthy snack that all but the youngest kids can make
for themselves.
Peanut Butter and Banana Graham Sandwiches
1 ripe banana, peeled
1/4 cup (60 ml) peanut butter
4 - 6 Graham crackers
Mash the banana and combine it with the peanut butter. Spread on half
the Graham crackers and top with the remaining crackers.
Serves 2 to 3.
