Eat these crisp treats all by themselves, or use them as a healthy
alternative to potato or corn chips for dips.
Bagel Chips
2 cinnamon-raisin bagels, or sweet or savory bagels of your choice
Cut bagels into slices about 1/4-inch (5 mm) thick and place on a baking
sheet in a single layer.
Bake in a preheated 350F (180C) oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until toasted
and crisp.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
Serves 2.
