These treats will be especially popular with the children on your gift list.

Popcorn Balls

4 Tbs (60 ml) butter
4 cups (1 L) miniature marshmallows
1 package (3 oz, 85 g) strawberry, raspberry, cherry, or flavored gelatin of your choice
About 12 cups (3 L) popped corn (made from about 1/2 cup, 125 ml unpopped)

Combine the butter and marshmallows in a saucepan and melt over low
heat, stirring to combine. Add the gelatin and stir to combine. Pour
over the popped corn in a large bowl and, working quickly, stir and toss
to coat the corn completely. Shape into balls using greased hands and
wrap individually in plastic wrap.
Makes about 12.
