"Logic"

Bubba and Earl had a thriving moonshine business
but one day the Feds came in, destroyed their still,
and offered them an education, courtesy the US
Government, so they could earn a living.

On the day Earl was to be interviewed by admissions
at the local university, Bubba rode along in the pickup.
Earl's interviewer suggested he may be interested in
a course in logic. When he asked what logic was the
interviewer said he would give him a demonstration
and asked Earl if he owned a grass trimmer. Earl said
he did. Then, the interviewer told him, "if you own a grass
trimmer, you must have a lawn. If you have a lawn, you
must have a house. If you have a house you must be
married. If you're married you must be heterosexual."

When Earl got back to the pickup Bubba asked him
what course he decided on. Earl told him he had signed
up for the logic course.

Bubba asked, "What's logic?"

Earl said, "I'll give you a demonstration." He asked Bubba
if he owned a grass trimmer.

Bubba replied, "No."

Long silence, then Earl said, "Geez Bubba, you're queer
ain't you?"
