My Dear Friends and Subscribers,
I wish all of you a happy Valentine's Day. If you have
a sweetheart, be nice to him/her. Chocolates and
flowers are nice, but the true gift of love is giving of
yourself. If you don't have that special someone - be
nice to everybody around you. You never know when
a future sweetheart might be around! In love, it's
better to give than to receive. The one who loves
more is a happier person. Trust me on that one.
If you didn't call your parents yet - now is the time to
do it. After all, if they weren't sweet to each other, you
wouldn't exist! If you didn't tell your kids yet - now is
the time. Be nice to your kids - they chose your
retirement home! If you didn't tell your friends yet -
now is the time. A true friend is one of life's most
treasured possessions. Come to think of it, I send
out more Valentines than Christmas/Hanukkah cards!
If you love somebody in silence, let him/her know.
After all, love is meant to be expressed. You'll feel
better afterwards. And, who knows, your declarations
just might yield an unexpected result!
Good luck!
My love to all,
LadyHawke
