By popular request, I am enclosing my recipe for the

Noodle Kugel (Dairy)
{Don't plan on having "just one bite" of this classic dish!}

8 ounces wide noodles
4 ounces butter or margarine
6 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)
1/2 pound dried apricots (optional)
Cinnamon to taste. I use about 1 tea spoon.

Topping:
1 cup corn flake crumbs
1 cup brown sugar (I use 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:

Cook noodles in boiling salted wanted until tender.
Drain and add butter. Set aside.
Beat together eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese,
sugar and milk.
Add raising or apricots or both.
Add mixture to noodles.
Pour into buttered 8 x12 inch baking dish.
Mix together topping ingredients. Sprinkle over kugel.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serves 10-12.

Hint: To reduce calories and cholesterol, reduce
margarine to 2 tablespoons, use light sour cream,
liquid egg substitutes, skim milk and sugar
substitutes. But I won't guarantee the taste!

"Symptoms Of Inner Peace"

Be on the lookout for symptoms of inner peace.
The hearts of a great many have already been
exposed to inner peace and it is possible that
people everywhere could come down with it in
epidemic proportions. This could pose a serious
threat to what has, up to now, been a fairly stable
condition of conflict in the world.

Some signs to look for:

* A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather
than on fears based on past experiences.

* An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.

* A loss of interest in judging other people.

* A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.

* A loss of interest in conflict.

* A loss of the ability to worry. (This is a very serious
symptom.)

* Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation.

* Contented feelings of connectedness with others
and nature.

* Frequent attacks of smiling.

* An increasing tendency to let things happen rather
than make them happen.

* An increased susceptibility to the love offered by
others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it.
