Beef & Cheddar Soft Tacos

These quick tacos are great as is but are even better when you add that
special ingredient--your personality! Serve them with sour cream,
guacamole and sliced green onions to make them uniquely and deliciously
yours.

Beef & Cheddar Soft Tacos
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 5 min.
Cook Time: 15 min.

1 pound ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
8 flour tortillas (8-inch), warmed
2 cups shredded lettuce

1. Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well
browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

2. Stir the soup and picante sauce in the skillet and cook until the
mixture is hot and bubbling.

3. Spoon *about 1/3 cup* beef mixture down the center of *each*
tortilla. Top with the lettuce. Fold the tortillas around the filling.

/Serving Suggestion:/ These tacos are delicious served topped with
Pace® Chunky Salsa.
Makes: 4 servings.

                              Yellow rice makes a colorful and tasty side dish. To make a
simple version, just cook rice according to package directions, adding
1/8 teaspoon of ground turmeric to the cooking liquid.
