Moist pork chops can be yours with this no-fuss, no-fail recipe. The
secret is to cook the pork in a skillet with a tight-fitting lid to keep
all that moisture where it belongs — in the chops.

Super Moist Pork Chops
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 5 min.
Cook Time: 20 min.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 bone-in pork chops, 1/2-inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup water

1. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork
and cook until well browned on both sides.

2. Stir the soup and water in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the
heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked
through.
Makes: 4 servings.

                        Serve this super-easy supper with buttered egg noodles or cooked rice
tossed with a little shredded Parmesan and chopped parsley.
