There's something magical about pot pie - it's one of those comfort
foods that appeals to everyone. Filled with tender chicken, vegetables
and rich gravy, this favorite comes together in minutes, leaving plenty
of time for other weeknight activities.

For a gorgeously browned crust, try brushing the top or the pot
pie with milk before baking. If you have grated Parmesan, sprinkle it
over the crust, too, for added flavor.
