Wondering what to do with all the leftover Easter ham? This quick
skillet is one delicious place to start. Served with a tangy salad on
the side, it's a terrific, satisfying dinner after a busy holiday weekend.

Ham & Pasta Skillet
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 15 min.
Cook Time: 15 min.

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell'sŪ Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup
(Regular or 98% Fat Free)
2 cups broccoli florets *or* 1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts,
thawed
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1 1/2 cups cooked ham cut into strips
2 1/4 cups medium shell-shaped pasta, cooked and drained

1. Heat the soup, milk, mustard and broccoli in a 10-inch skillet over
medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes
or until the broccoli is tender.

2. Stir the ham and pasta in the skillet and cook until the mixture is
hot and bubbling.
Makes: 4 servings (about 1 1/2 cups each).

Kitchen Clip
                              Spicy brown mustard gives this skillet a touch of "bite," but
if you don't have it or you want a more mellow mustard taste, use whole
grain or prepared yellow versions instead.
