Here's a great weeknight recipe that requires minimal preparation but
delivers big-time flavor. After making this once, you'll come back to it
again and again on a regular basis.

Creamy Pesto Chicken & Bow Ties
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min.
Cook Time: 20 min.

2 tablespoons butter
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound), cut into cubes
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell'sŪ Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
(Regular *or* 98% Fat Free)
1/2 cup pesto sauce
1/2 cup milk
3 cups bow tie pasta, cooked and drained

1. Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the
chicken and cook until well browned, stirring often.

2. Stir the soup, pesto sauce and milk in the skillet and heat to a
boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken
is cooked through. Stir in the pasta and cook until the mixture is hot
and bubbling.
Makes: 4 servings (about 1 1/4 cups each).

Kitchen Clip
Stir in halved grape or cherry tomatoes when adding the pasta
to the chicken. They'll be fantastic with the creaminess of the sauce.
